Corrective and Preventive Action Software
The features of the web-based Regulatory/Preventive Action (DÖF) software developed by Deltawebsistem are as follows.
- The DÖF Form is filled in by a user registered in the system and sent with the description written.
- The relevant department or Quality department checks the opened request and determines the CPA type, CPA channel, writes a description and starts the CPA activity process by selecting the unit that will carry out the activity.
(CAPA types: Corrective Action, Preventive Action, Remedial Action, Near Miss Notifications, Accident Notifications, Improper Situation - Behavior Notifications) (CAPA Channels: Internal Audit Results, External Audit Results, Customer Feedback, Targets and Programs, Outputs of the Management Review Meeting, Other)
- If the reported definition is not CPA, at this stage the quality staff closes the CPA and reports it as (Not CPA) before proceeding to the next process.
- The personnel in the unit assigned for the activity can see the pending CPA list of their unit and take these CPA's and enter the reasons, plan and planned date of the activity.
- When the activity is carried out on the planned date, the relevant personnel fills out the activity report and sends it back to the quality unit for control.
- After providing the necessary controls, the quality unit closes the CPA by approving or disapproving it.
- Detailed CPA Search page is available in the system and CPA list can be obtained according to the department of the requesting personnel, by the department of the personnel performing the activity, by CPA number, by date range, CPA type and CPA channel and status.
- In addition, each personnel can also see the lists of "CPA's I have opened", "CPA's I have on me" and "All CPA's".
- CAPAs in lists and search results can be saved as Excel and/or PDF.
